“IronSights didn’t just move our gear—they made sure every workstation was reconnected and ready to go. Their planning, care, and technical know-how turned a complex studio shuffle into a smooth transition. We opened on Monday like nothing had happened.”

The Challenge
Flying Bark tasked IronSights with relocating over 250 artist workstations, including towers, dual monitors, and peripherals, across four floors—some of which had no lift access.
Originally expected to take a full weekend with 10 internal staff, the move posed a risk: with a small internal IT team, they couldn’t afford to work through the weekend and still be expected to support a fully operational studio on Monday.
The goal was clear—complete the shuffle in one weekend, without disrupting international teams and with the Sydney studio fully operational by Monday morning.
The IronSights Approach
IronSights isn’t a moving company—but with our IT project expertise and experienced team, we were the right choice to lead the effort. We invested over 30 hours in planning, including:
- Detailed floor mapping
- Workstation labelling and tracking
- Allocating IT staff to specific move zones
- Coordinating the physical move and final cutover
The physical relocation was completed on Saturday, with cutover and testing on Sunday. Our team ensured every workstation was carefully disconnected, transported, reconnected, and tested.
The Results
- 250+ workstations relocated across 4 floors
- Project completed across one weekend
- Studio fully operational on Monday with zero delays
- No equipment damage, no post-move issues
- Internal IT team came in rested and focused
" We’ve relied on IronSights for IT hardware and support, so when we had to move 250 artist workstations across four floors, we trusted them to lead it. They planned every detail—labeling gear, mapping the building, and completing the physical move in a single day. By Monday, we were fully operational with no issues or downtime. Their expertise made a complex job feel easy. "
